All these bundles of Photoshop free brushes will ruin your doubts. If you think that it is very difficult to draw some field with flowers or starry sky in Photoshop, you are wrong. This will make the oil brush appear near the top of the tool list.Photoshop brushes enable you to create fancy artwork without having to draw all the individual design fast. This is not true - please do read all of the documentation that comes with the brushes and you will find a reference image that instructs you to 'show all tool presets' in Photoshop.
